There’s beauty in simplicity
Beautiful, obvious, yet never thought of before—that’s designer Dirk Wynants’ motto. But before the creative process begins, he needs a challenge. Selecting a luminaire for a lower-level space overlooking Lake Como in Italy offered just that. A low ceiling and few electrical outlets called for smart thinking. Dirk set out to integrate ambient light on both wall and ceiling. The answer? Tucked neatly into a corner. The perfect place to craft a striking light effect.

Up and down lighting, top to bottom
Horizontal ambient lighting where the wall meets the ceiling, or placed mid-wall. Choose up, down or both, and control each LED strip separately. Want something different?
