Meet this ecological, comfortable and sustainable private home that's inspired by the oyster villages of the region, Cap Ferret (France). The architect 317c ARCHITECTE(S) of the project wanted to do it completely different this time. Meaning: no concrete, mineral wool and no air conditioning. The wooden structure of the walls and the roof have a consequent external thermal insulation, avoiding the overheating the colour of the house could generate. The floor, swimming pool and hot water are heated by the pellet boiler. A big congratulations to 317c ARCHITECTE(S) for creating a stunning oasis, which already resulted in two awards and a top 5 nomination for the A+Awards in the section "Honoring The World's Best Architecture & Spaces" We're very proud to contribute with our sustainable lighting solutions.
