  • This private home by BNE Architecten redefines contemporary living through the balance between light and shadow, inside and outside. What appears effortless is the result of meticulous detailing, technical mastery and a shared vision between architect, landscape designer and lighting specialist.

  • Architecture that breathes with the landscape

    The inside-outside connection shaped every design decision. The ten-metre-wide glass façade blurs the threshold between interior and garden, reinforced by continuous floor and ceiling lines. Even with the doors closed, the architecture remains open and invites the landscape to become part of the interior experience.

Light as a supporting structure

Lighting was treated not as an afterthought, but as an architectural tool. Integrated profiles, trimless recessed spots and suspended luminaires from the Modular portfolio were carefully selected to complement the space. The combination of Thimble, Minude, Pista and Placebo delivers a lighting scheme that is both subtle and expressive, enhancing materials, highlighting textures and reinforcing the home’s visual rhythm.
