We’re looking for a Supply Planner to join Modular Lighting Instruments in Roeselare, Belgium.

What you’ll do

• Based on planning requirements, you place purchase orders for semi-finished and finished products with a realistic delivery commitment from suppliers and ensure timely delivery by close follow up.
• Analyze stock levels and follow up forecast and safety stock in order to maintain product availability (co-operate with our demand planner).
• Communicate clearly and timely to the concerned departments in case of late delivery of products.
• Follow up and improve supplier flexibility and reliability.
• Continuously look for logistical improvements.
• Work closely together with the production planners and support them when required.

What you’ll need

To be successful in this role, you understand what it takes to make a high-end brand better every single day. Therefore, you should bring:

• You have a first work experience as a supply planner, technical interest is a plus.
• You are punctual, flexible and enjoy working in a team.
• Decision making and problem solving.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of ERP package (SAP).
• Knowledge of MS Office.
