Your responsibilities

• First point of contact and advising (interior) architects, lighting designers, dealers, installers and end users.
• Assist in projects with external sales or in direct contact with the architect/designer/end customer.
• Prepare a quotation for new projects, offer product assistance and giving technical support.
• Ensure close follow up for the projects you are working on from quotation up to the order.
• You are working in close contact with our external sales to support our customers in the best possible way.
• You will use different tools for your day-to-day activities such as SAP, HubSpot and Teams.

Your profile

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior design/architecture, lighting design or account management.
• Experience in lighting is a plus; interest in technology and a love for design is a must.
• Commercial acumen, result-driven and customer first mentality
• Proactive, a key player between Modular and customer with a team player mentality.
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
• Fluent Dutch & English.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office package.
