All Modular products have a minimum warranty period of one year from date of supply.
For a limited number of LED sources, sold since 01.01.2011, Modular is now able to extend this warranty period to 5 years from date of invoice.
In order to extend this warranty period it is sufficient to complete the online registration form correctly, print it out, sign it and send it together with a copy of the purchase invoice by post within 60 days from date of invoice to Modular Lighting Instruments NV, Armoedestraat 71, 8800 Roeselare, Belgium.
The extended warranty period will only start after final validation by Modular.
